Southern Accents Design Co., LLC was founded on a love of home and the belief that where we live should reflect who we are.
After years of transforming investment properties through our sister company, Flipping Awesome, LLC, we saw a need among homeowners who wanted expert design without the cost or complexity of a full-scale build.
We serve clients who value professional results but want a more approachable process—thoughtful updates, real budgets, and beautiful spaces tailored to everyday living.

OUR SERVICES
We offer small-scale home makeovers also known as a "Mini Reni". These aren’t full-home renovations. A Mini Reni lets you zero in on one or two spaces, giving you the freedom to experiment, try new ideas, and see real results—without months of work or a massive budget.
It’s all about designing your home gradually and intentionally. By focusing on the details that matter most to you, you can create fresh, beautiful spaces that tell your story—one project at a time.

Katie is the Owner of Southern Accents Design Co, LLC. She is known for her warmth and light hearted approachable style. Through her work, she makes people feel seen and cared for —she makes design not only beautiful, but deeply human.
Katie’s style blends modern farmhouse with cozy, lived-in elegance and simplicity. She loves helping her clients create a space that tells their story and cultivates their unique style.
Katie’s superpower is more than just design—it’s making people feel at home, both in their space and in her presence. She listens closely, creates with heart, and brings a little fun to the whole process.

First, complete the Project Inquiry Form. This gives us a glimpse into your goals and expectations.
Once this is done we will contact you within 2 business days to setup your FREE Discovery Call -- this call will give us the opportunity to dig a little deaper into your vision and what you’re hoping to achieve.
At the end of your Discovery Call -- we will schedule your in-person Design Consultation -- during this site visit we will get a feel for the space, explore your personal style and needs, take preliminary measurements, and make design reccomendations.
From there, we’ll build a design plan tailored towards your style and made to fit your budget, and design needs.
